Abstract
Description
The Convention recognizes and announces new pastors in North Carolina, each new pastor introducing himself. Resolutions are presented, including one on prayer in public schools. North Carolina's Baptist Student Union presents a report and recommendations regarding juvenile correctional facilities in the state. Other motions of resolutions address alcoholism, mentally handicapped, and conscientious objection.
